Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL),
a private-public partnership, is the market leader in developing and
financing private sector medium and large-scale infrastructure and
renewable energy projects. IDCOL is managed by an eight-member independent
Board of Directors comprising senior government officials and prominent
private sector entrepreneurs.IDCOL seeks applications for the following
positions:
1. Senior Investment Officer (Finance)
A. Duties and Responsibilities
Financial and economic analysis of infrastructure and renewable
energy projects
Marketing, development, and preparation/presentation of project profiles
Clients/customers and bilateral and multilateral institutions’
relationship management
B. Qualification
BBA/MBA (major in Finance) with minimum CGPA of 3.30 and no third
class/division in other examinations
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Strong computer and analytical skills
2(two) years experience in relevant/related field
2. Investment Officer (Technical)
A. Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing, development, financial analysis and preparation/presentation
of Technical project profiles
Clients/customers and bilateral and multilateral institutions’ relationship
management
Preparation and review of technical reports
B. Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering (civil) with minimum CGPA of 3.3 and no
third class/division in other examinations
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Strong computer skills
2(two) years experience in relevant/related field
3. Legal Counsel
A. Duties and Responsibilities
Conducting legal due diligence of projects, providing in-house
legal opinion on various legal issues
Assisting in preparation, vetting, review of legal documents
Filing of returns/documents and complying with legal requirements
by different authorities and agencies
B. Qualification
LLM with minimum second class and no third class/division in other
examinations
At least two years work experience with reputed law firms/ multilateral agencies/
banks and financial institutions
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Experience in relevant/related field
Age limit: 32 years
Remuneration: Will be based on experience and education.
