The Eleventh Annual General Meeting of Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) was held at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel. Mr. M Musharraf Hossain Bhuiyan, Chairman, IDCOL and Secretary, Economic Relations Division presided over the meeting. During the FY 2007–2008 Company’s profit before tax and provision was Tk. 26.61 crore which is 76.48% higher than the previous year. The meeting decided to pay Tk. 4 crore as dividend to the Government from the retained earnings of the Company in FY 2007–2008. The shareholders also approved increase of Company’s paid–up capital from Tk. 40 crore to Tk. 50 crore using Tk. 10 crore from the retained earnings in FY 2007–2008.
