Guideline for Loan and Grant Application under IDCOl Solar Irrigation
IDCOL finances installations of solar photovoltaic based irrigation pumps to reduce dependence on diesel-run irrigation pumps and thus, minimize CO2 emission. IDCOL provides financial and technical supports to the private sector sponsors to implement such projects through sourcing credit fund from the World Bank and Japan International Cooperation Agency as well as grant fund from Bangladesh Climate Change Resilience Fund, USAID, GPOBA, KfW and Asian Development Bank.
This Guideline is intended to provide an overview on general requirements and detailed instructions regarding the application for availing IDCOL loan and grant support under the program. The terms and conditions mentioned herein are subject to change as per IDCOL’s general lending policy.
