Post Approval
After getting approval from IDCOL CRMC, IDCOL will send Loan sanction Letter and indicative term sheet to the sponsor.
Within the stipulated time stated in the loan sanction letter, the sponsor needs to complete all of the security documentation process and sign the financing agreement with IDCOL.

The sponsor needs to sign supply contract with the selected suppliers of the project and issue work order with advance.
Performance test after installation and commissioning of pump
IDCOL will conduct performance test of the project before making disbursement of loan and grant. During the testing, IDCOL will assess the following:
- Whether the pump is capable to deliver guaranteed output;
- Whether the mounting structure of panels is constructed according to the given standards;
- Whether other civil construction works (i.e. pump house, overhead tank), fencing and pipeline are constructed according to the given standards;
- Overall quality of installation work performed by the suppliers.
